CASA Giving Guide: What We Need this Holiday Season

As we’re approaching the holidays, many of the children we serve are in need of gifts. No child should venture through the holiday season without feeling special and appreciated and we want to ensure our CASA kids feel the love they deserve.

We have had many donations come through our doors in the past few weeks, for which we are immensely grateful.

Interested in helping out? Consider bringing a new, unwrapped gift to the CASA office by December 16th.  We serve over 2,000 children ranging from ages 0-18 so any gift is appreciated! Not sure what to get?  Items like bicycles are the top of the list of many of our youth and we’d like to be able to provide that dream for as many of our CASA kids as possible. We are also in need of gifts for our CASA teens – particularly gift cards!

If you are interested in making a donation to support our youth through this wintry season, feel free to drop off items at our location, 406 San Pedro Ave. If you have questions feel free to contact our front desk at (210) 225-7070.   We'd also appreciate monetary donations to support our ongoing efforts to recruit and train community volunteers to serve as Advocates for these children as they find themselves in the child protective services system.
