CASA Welcomes New Board of Directors Members

Our Board of Governors  provide the strategic leadership and fundraising support necessary to ensure CASA’s continuing success in serving the abused and neglected children in San Antonio. We are deeply appreciative of the time they volunteer to support our mission and improve our organization.

We are excited to welcome two new members to our Board of Directors – Willie Ng and Lynlie Wallace.

Willie served with the San Antonio Police Department for 22 years first as Patrol Officer, then as a Detective Investigator; and was deputized as a Special Federal Deputy Marshal with the United States Secret Service Task Force.  Willie retired from The San Antonio Police Department and currently serves Bexar County as the Criminal District Attorney’s Chief Investigator, and the owner of Blue Armor Security Services with more than 250 employees. Willie attended Wayland Baptist University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, St. Mary’s University where he received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and is currently studying at the University of the Incarnate Word pursuing his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Studies.

Lynlie began her career with Rep. Larson in 2005, when he served on the Bexar County Commissioners Court. She was a public affairs account executive for a San Antonio public relations firm, providing counsel to various public and private sector clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. She has also directed voter outreach and fundraising efforts for federal, state, and municipal political campaigns. Lynlie is currently chief of staff to State Representative Lyle Larson, representing part of San Antonio in the Texas Legislature and managing staff, overseeing the legislative agenda, and directing constituent outreach and media relations. She is a member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders Alumni Council and has been a CASA volunteer in both Travis and Bexar Counties. Born and raised in Texas, Lynlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Angelo State University.

We are thankful to have these two share their expertise and compassion for our community’s children as members of CASA Board of Governors!
