Join us in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter”-Martin Luther King Jr.

Today, January 18th, 2016, we remember the great leader, Martin Luther King. Dr. King left behind a legacy of not only advocating for the rights of African Americans, but his principles often refer to the importance of seeking the equal treatment of children to be free of abuse and neglect.

In his famous “I Have a Dream Speech”, Dr. King forever gave us the understanding of what it means to be a beacon for truth, freedom, and advocacy for those who do not have a voice. Like the work we do at CASA, he stood for providing a voice for the voiceless and taking a stand against the abuse against children that forever damages their journey to adulthood. Join us today in eliminating child abuse and neglect from San Antonio and Bexar County today by either becoming an Advocate or generously giving so we can continue the great work of Dr. King.
