Please welcome our newest members to the Board of Directors!

CASA is proud to welcome Jamie Fox, Krishna Reddy, Noelle Manasco, and Tom Seltzer to our Board of Directors. They bring an immense amount of experience and passion to helping the children we serve.  We are grateful to have them help us achieve our mission of providing an Advocate to every child who needs one. Be sure to read their biographies below!

Jamie Fox- Mrs. Fox is a native of San Antonio and is an active, dedicated member of the community. She received her Bachelors in Education from the University of Texas and the University of Houston.  She has used her degree to teach at Hockaday School in Dallas and St. Mary’s Hall here in San Antonio.  Utilizing her experience and passion for children, Mrs. Fox has been a dedicated CASA Advocate for the children we work with for over a year. Mrs. Fox has served on the Respite Care of San Antonio and CAMP Board for the past 5 years. Her passion for helping nonprofits is unparalleled and she specifically loves creating successful fundraising events for organizations around San Antoni. She and her husband have been married for 13 years and have two daughters, Aspen and Carson.

Krishna Reddy- Mr. Reddy worked as a legislative aid and policy analyst for Representative David Farabee. Mr. Reddy became a law clerk and associate for Gannon & Garcia, LLP and now works as an associate for Paul Garcia & Associates, PC, specializing in criminal defense, family law, and insurance defense. Mr. Reddy is heavily involved in the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, San Antonio Bar Association, and Longhorn Bar Association.

Noelle Manasco- Mrs. Manasco is a proud military brat as a daughter of an Air Force navigator, a sister of a Naval Airman, and wife of an Army Soldier. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a degree in Occupational Therapy and is board certified. She is currently a licensed Occupational Therapist who has practiced throughout the country in states including Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. She began advocating for CASA in San Antonio in August 2011 and was named CASA volunteer of the year in 2013. She has been married for 23 years to her husband, Shon, and they are proud parents of three young men, Gavin, Cade, and Ty.

Tom Seltzer- Mr. Thomas L. Seltzer is a retirement consultant who specializes in employee benefits, group and individual insurance. He has 20 years of experience in the area of tax qualified defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans. Beginning his career with New York Life Insurance Company in 1989, Seltzer soon became a noted nonqualified retirement specialist. In 1994, he made the decision to leave New York Life and become an independent advisor, believing that he could serve his clients best by not being affiliated with a single insurance or financial services company. When Tom is not working, he enjoys ministry work, spending time with family, and writing (he published his first novel, Years of the Locust, in 2011 and has had two screenplays optioned by independent motion picture production companies). Tom lives in San Antonio with his wife, Jennie. They have four children and three grandchildren.

We are truly looking forward to everything they will contribute to CASA’s mission of helping the abused and neglected children of Bexar County and thank them for their investment in our community.
