CASA Case Activity Logs – New and Improved

CASA has a new and improved method for entering volunteer activity. With this new online method, volunteers can quickly add activity, see current monthly totals, and save everything entered! Before you can use the Activity Log feature, you must be registered.  To register, go to, click on the Advocate Log in in the top right hand corner, and then click on “Register”.  Once approved, you will be able to access the volunteer page, which has great resources for volunteers such as court calendar, future training, SHARE Group, and the Activity Log. Various training classes will be held throughout the year to teach volunteers how to use the new Activity Log system.

As a reminder, you should have one log for each case that you are appointed to.  Please remember to include your drive time/travel time in your casework as this also counts as case hours.  We ask that you document a visit to each child every month, monthly contact with your CASA Supervisor/Peer Coordinator, and also the contact made on a monthly basis to the CPS caseworker on your case.

Please contact Cynthia Aldana, Operations Manager, at  or at 210-225.7070, with any questions, recommendations, and comments regarding the online Activity Logs.  Our hopes are that this system will make the process of recording volunteer activity easier for you, the users.
